Encore Entertainment, LLC ("Encore," "we," "us") produces and presents live entertainment, including touring shows such as REZA | ILLUSIONIST, The Revollusionists and Pierce Arrow, and performances at Reza Live Theatre in Branson, Missouri. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, sign-up forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), emails, text messages and ticketing.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, ZIP/postal code or city, and anything you include when you contact us or enter a promotion.
  • Ticket purchases: order details processed through our ticketing providers (such as TicketSpice or a venue's ticketing system). Payment card data is handled by those providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Automatically collected: device, browser and usage information, and information from cookies, pixels and similar technologies on our sites and ads (for example, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics).
  • From social platforms: when you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submit (which may be pre-filled from your profile) with us.

How we use it

  • To send show announcements, new tour dates, presale codes, offers and other updates you signed up for.
  • To tell you about shows near you, using your ZIP code or city.
  • To process and support ticket purchases and answer questions.
  • To run promotions, measure and improve our advertising, and understand how our sites are used.
  • To comply with law, prevent fraud and protect our rights.

Email and text messages

If you opt in, we will send marketing emails and/or recurring automated marketing text messages to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts at any time or HELP for help. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who work for us, such as email and SMS platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), ticketing providers, website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Venues and presenting partners where needed to fulfill a ticket purchase or event.
  • Legal and safety purposes, or in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.

Cookies and advertising

We and our advertising partners use cookies and pixels to show you relevant ads and measure results. You can control cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad preferences in your Facebook, Instagram and Google account settings.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing booking@encoreglobalgroup.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California and other U.S. states), you may have additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our marketing is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
