Each show typically runs approximately 90 to 120 minutes, depending on the city. Shows are packed with mind-blowing magic, sharp comedy and unforgettable audience interaction.

All ticket sales are final. In the rare event that a performance is postponed or canceled, you will be immediately notified through your point of purchase regarding your refund or rescheduling options. 

Children 3+ years old require a ticket. Lap children are free and must sit on the lap of the adult in their party. 

Unfortunately, that would ruin the magic! Our artists are unable to guarantee any selections during the show as it is completely random. 

There are moments that you are allowed to take photos and record videos. You will be told when those moments are. Flash photography is always strictly prohibited. 

Doors open 45 minutes prior to showtime. In rare occasions, doors will open 30 minutes prior to showtime. If you are at one of our Encore Entertainment shows, you have reserved seating so do not worry about losing your seat. 

You are not required to print your tickets. You may show an Encore staff-member or a box office agent your e-ticket using your mobile device. We can also look your reservation up in the system upon arrival and as long as you purchased tickets, we will be able to assist you. 

Due to many shows selling out in advance, we highly recommend that you pre-purchase your tickets ahead of your event. Tickets are not guaranteed on the day of the show.

Yes, you may. Due to high call volume with over 40 shows LIVE and on sale at any given moment, please allow up to 24 hours for a return call if a member of our team is unavailable. If you prefer to choose your own seat at the venue in your city we highly recommend purchasing your tickets online and picking your seat out.
